On 11 September 2026, at the 63rd session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva, Ms. Pratana Disyatat, Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative of Thailand to the United Nations in Geneva delivered a statement during the Interactive Dialogue with the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of slavery and trafficking in persons, highlighting its national efforts to combat trafficking in persons, particularly trafficking for forced criminality in the context of online scams.
The Permanent Mission of Thailand organised a ceremony in remembrance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great on the occasion of the Navamindra Maharaj Day.
