On 19 July 2023, H.E. Mrs. Suphatra Srimaitreephithak, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Thailand to the UN Office and other International Organizations in Geneva hosted a reception in honour of Dr. Vilawan Mangklatanakul, Member of the International Law Commission at the Permanent Mission of Thailand. The event was attended by members and secretariat of the International Law Commission.
