Secretary-General of the King Prajadhipok’s Institute and Secretary-General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union sign a Cooperation MOU 

On 16 March 2026, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Issara Seriwatthanawut, Secretary-General of the King Prajadhipok’s Institute (KPI), and Mr. Martin Chungong, Secretary-General of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), signed a Cooperation MOU between both agencies at the IPU Headquarter in Geneva. The MOU aims to promote collaboration in areas of mutual interest, including joint research on parliamentary development, the organization of seminars, conferences, workshops, and training programmes, as well as the exchange of information, publications, and institutional expertise. Also present at the signing ceremony were H.E. Mr. Sarun Charoensuwan, Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Chair of the Committee on Foreign Relations and Parliamentary Diplomacy, KPI, and H.E. Ms. Usana Berananda, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Thailand to the UN in Geneva.
